Chapter I – Privacy policy

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

  • The administrator of the personal data in accordance with art. 4 pt. 7 RODO is Green Excel Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Logistyczna 8, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie, NIP: 8961611275.
  • The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, however, failure to provide data qualified as necessary for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party prevents the conclusion and performance of the contract and thus the performance of the desired service.
  • The controller obtains and processes the following personal data:
  • name
  • mailing address
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
  • company name – (if applicable)
  • VAT number – (if applicable)
  • business address – (if applicable)
  • Personal data was obtained from the contact form, during conversations, telephone contacts, email correspondence, during meetings and will be processed for the purpose of:
  • the provision of services, including for the performance of the concluded contract and the sale of products,
  • ongoing contact resulting from a concluded contract or from actions taken with a view to concluding a contract,
  • to enable the provision of electronic services, including the handling of requests,
  • ongoing contact resulting from a concluded contract or from actions taken with a view to concluding a contract,
  • direct marketing and promotion of own products and services,
  • responding to enquiries sent, correspondence,
  • to comply with legally binding obligations on the Data Controller in relation to the need to keep accounting evidence,
  • defence against claims and the assertion of legitimate interests of the Data Controller, until the expiry of the claims period in accordance with the Civil Code.

 Legal basis: Article 6(1) RODO

  • The controller shall process the data lawfully, collect them for designated legitimate purposes and not subject them to further processing incompatible with those purposes. Data shall only be collected to the extent that is adequate, necessary and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The controller does not process special categories of personal data. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary in order to provide the services.
  • Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
  • The recipients of your personal data are:
  • persons authorised by the Administrator and entities providing services to the Administrator,
  • subjects whose data processing is necessary for the performance of a concluded contract or its conclusion,
  • entities entrusted by the Administrator with the processing of personal data (processors) on the basis of contracts concluded,
  • entities entitled to receive them under mandatory legal provisions.
  • The Administrator shall make every effort to protect customers’ and users’ personal data against unauthorised access by third parties and, in this respect, shall apply organisational and technical security measures corresponding to the respective risk of personal data processing. The Administrator does not make personal data available to any unauthorised recipients.
  • The Administrator shall retain personal data for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing and the contract and for no longer than the period specified in the applicable laws in this regard and for no longer than is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. In connection with the marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, the data are stored until the withdrawal of consent.
  • In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
  • access to the content of the processed data (Article 15 RODO),
  • rectification of the processed data (Article 16 RODO),
  • erasure of the processed data (Article 17 RODO),
  • restriction of data processing (Article 18 RODO),
  • portability of the processed data (Article 20 RODO),
  • to object to the processing (Article 21 RODO),
  • lodge a complaint in relation to the processing of personal data by the Controller with the PUODO (Article 77 RODO).
  • The data provided to us is stored and processed by us in accordance with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law. All our employees are required to comply with our policies and procedures relating to confidentiality, security and privacy.

Chapter II – Cookie policy

  • We use the information stored by cookies and similar technologies for advertising and statistical purposes and to adapt the website to your individual needs. If you consent to the use of cookies, they will be stored in the memory of your browser.
  • Two types of cookies are used within the Service: “session cookies” and “permanent cookies” (persistent cookies).
  • “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser).
